Please note
The Minister is legally responsible for submitting the signed marriage license to the state as a matter of vital record. Failure to do so is a Class B Felony. The minister reserves the right to do so in the full needs of the law.
If you have changed your mind after the ceremony you must file with the state or via a lawyer. A statement of intention to be married, taken in front of witnesses is a legally binding contract and not to be entered into lightly.
If a legal license is not provided on or before the day of the ceremony, the Minister will only perform a Commitment Ceremony. The legal ceremony will be performed at a later date once the license requirements have been met. The signing of a non-license contract will be required.
Once the services of the Minister have been provided, there will be no refund under any circumstances. The Minister is not responsible for any part of the wedding except for provision of the legal ceremony. The Minister reserves the right to make human errors without such errors resulting in legal action from the couple or their representatives.
For reasons of clarity, the Minister takes the couple as her clients, regardless of who is paying the fees. Final decisions on ceremonies will only be accepted from the couple, and all revisions must be approved by them. the Minister also reserves the right to call a halt to the proceedings in circumstances wherein she is subject to verbal or physical harassment or abuse by any persons present during the proceedings.
Cancellations must be accompanied by the cancellation form provided on this site.
